Took my dogs there for immunizations. Staff were mostly friendly, seemed to care for animals, store not crowded, short wait for appointment, vet seemed skilled and kind, cost for immunizations seemed reasonable. Only thing I didn’t care for: I’m in my 70s with health issues, and they still asked me if I could lift my 28 pound dog onto the table. That was something they should have automatically done themselves.

We live across town but love coming to this location. All the employees are so kind and helpful. We love the trainer, Elizabeth. Elizabeth is a great help and has been an amazing resource/mentor in training our fur baby.

My husband and I went in the other day to find some flea protection for our cats. Jack (I’m probably not spelling her name right, it may be Jaq, short for Jacqueline so apologies) was the person to help us. She took her time to explain the different options, both topical and sprays that we could use on our furniture. She took her time to give us all of the knowledge that she had so that we could make the correct decision for our fur babies. I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate her incredibly good customer service, her friendly nature, and her knowledge concerning the products in her store.
