About Paw Spa
Paw Spa is a highly regarded dog grooming shop, known for its excellent service and friendly, nice staff. The shop is clean and creates a comfortable environment for all pups. They focus on making sure dogs feel at ease, putting forth a large effort to avoid using muzzles and prioritizing the dog's comfort. This was evident when one customer's dog, who usually needs a muzzle, was found to have it off and was even having his teeth brushed upon pick-up. Located in Elk Grove, Paw Spa is a gem that attracts customers from far away, despite other grooming options being closer. Many customers express gratitude for the kindness and accommodating service they receive. They were able to schedule on short notice, and prices are reasonable. Customers get a pup cup after every visit. Paw Spa is closed every second Saturday.
This place is phenomenal! I got my dog from a shelter years ago and she has severe anxiety. No other dog groomers would take her because she is extremely difficult. Even the vet couldn’t do it with a mild sedation. I explained all of this to Matt and he kindly said bring her in and we will take care of her. They did a fantastic job! I was so impressed . I sent pictures of her to my friends and family. They were shocked the groomer was able to even do it. She looks adorable! The prices are so affordable, way cheaper than other groomers. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. The energy there is awesome. I highly recommend them. .
Our first experience with paw spa was great. We loved the vibe when we walked in and the staff were super friendly. Oh yeah , Mufasa also looked amazing . Definitely returning 👍🏾
Took my 24 week old puppy Beau there yesterday. It was his first ever grooming and they said he did pretty well other than not liking the hairdryer. I thought they did a great job. Sandra thanks for taking such great care of my baby. He came out looking so handsome and smelling so sweet. I was so nervous about leaving my puppy there for three hours, I think I was the one with the separation anxiety, but they took really good and gentle care of him.
