Always keeps me informed before my service is due when they are coming and they also let me know when they are finished. I appreciate the on-time friendly service highly recommended.

Used this company service for about 3 years. The problems with mouse never went away but maybe there was too much stuffs in the house. The customer service on the phone was very nice, they always tried different ways to fix the issues to keep customer. One downside is it's a pain to cancel the service. Called 3 times to cancel service and the rep said needed supervisor permission. The first two times didn't reach a supervisor and never got a call back. After talking to a sup and confirmed cancelation, the credit card was charged again the following month, had to call again to request refund.
