Today was my daughters 10th birthday and she wanted to get our nails done. We walked in and asked for a mani pedi for her and a fill and pedi for me. They were able to get us right in. They did a fabulous job on my fill and the other nails I saw being done were amazing. Here’s the part I wasn’t happy with. I chose the more expensive kids mani pedi for her. They did her pedi while I got my fill done which I was a little bugged by as I was hoping it’d be more of a bonding thing instead of us across the room from each other the whole time. Then I realized they had painted her nails while she was sitting in the pedicure chair. (There was no “manicure” done) They also didn’t ask me if we wanted regular polish or gel. I asked if they could at least put a gel top coat on over her nails and the lady seemed extremely bothered by that question and said “no I’ll have to do it all over again with gel”. (I am a licensed nail tech. Yes you can put a gel top coat over the top once the polish is dry.) My daughter asked for gems on her nails and that request was completely ignored. Once I was done with my fill they gave me a price and disregarded the fact that I had asked for a pedicure as well. Instead of saying anything we paid and left to go get her gems so I can do the top coat and gems at home. Overall, they do beautiful nails. Customer service is lacking especially if you bring to ur kids in.
