I worked with Michael on a couple of transactions where I was the agent on the other side. Michael did an excellent job protecting his client's interest while at the same time respecting my client's position. He kept me informed as to his client's progress in completing the transaction and was proactive when issues arose. And his paperwork was in excellent order! I would recommend him without hesitation.
