Kathy and her team from ReMax/Gold provided me proper information and steps on how to complete my task at hand. Once I gained the permissions from the Probate Office, we continued with listing the property. Kathy was able to gain multiple offers over asking within a weekend of showings. I feel Kathy and her team put their best efforts forward at selling my Aunts property. Even through all the delays, we were able to accomplish the goal at hand. Thanks again!
