I was so disappointed in my massage this time. When I was in the room they brought in the credit card machine. The masseuse wanted me to pay and tip upfront. So I gave her 16% which is $10 on a $60 massage. The lady said she wanted $20 and I would only get a soft massage (Swedish) if I didn’t tip $20. So I told the ladies that’s already 15% so she entered $15 for tip. I’m thinking I didn’t say $15 I said I’m already paying 15%. I’m thinking isn’t that something I get to decide not them?! Mandatory tip up front? Whoa!?Advertised hot stone included very massage.(They did not/do not provide hot stone)$40 for a 30 min massage and a mandatory $20 tip up front?Whoa whoaI was told mandatory $10 tip for soft massage and $20 for firm massage.You have to pay for the massage and tip before the massage!?$2 card fee. Clean establishment. Nice customer service. I found their add in the mail, & it provided coupon deals. Glad I tried this spot out! Decent prices even without coupon deals. They also have a person handling the front desk so your service is not interrupted by a phone call. I recommend Julie & Emily. Thank you, J Relaxing Massage Center!
