Horable customer service. Gave me attitude on the phobe and didn't answer any of my questions. Yelled at me when I called back to get some clarification.

they tried to help me with an RV flat tire but could not find the correct size on a Sunday , CHP dispatcher was not being very helpfull the officers on duty were great! tow truck came to the site and could no guarantee no damage so they did not hold me responsible for payment or damage my RV anymore,also talked to CHP again for me ! thank you 5 star towing !!!!!

My car was totaled on 6/26 when someone drove off highway 99 and crashed into my brand new car while it was parked in the employee parking lot at my work. it was a total shock when I saw it. Brandyn is the most amazing tow driver that I have ever met. He was very professional and did a great job with my vehicle. But, what really made a difference for me was how calm he was and comforting. His words of support and understanding made an extremely difficult and emotionally overwhelming situation better. He is an exceptional tow driver with a huge heart. I can't thank him enough for this.
