Horable customer service. Gave me attitude on the phobe and didn't answer any of my questions. Yelled at me when I called back to get some clarification.
Update he called back and was helpful.

Five Star Towing is AMAZING! My car broke down on me at 5:00am on a Friday, called Five Star Towing and they were there so quick! Very affordable! The driver (Alfred) was so nice, walked me to the truck made sure I was in the truck safely before loading my car on the bed. The truck was so clean as well! Highly recommend Five Star for your towing needs.Service: Car towing

Broke down out east in Nevada. Had a oversized load. Your driver Brian got to me quick. He Got us to sparks in a good time and knew just what he was doing when it came to towing me in. He kept a great conversation seeing as how it was a two plus hour drive back in and made sure To let me know if I got hungry or thirsty he would stop for me. Now here is what topped off my experience after dropping me off getting payment and leaving 2 days later YES 2 days later he called and checked on me since my truck was still at the service center. BLEW ME AWAY! BRIAN IS AWESOME AND BECAUSE OF HIM I WILL BE CALLING BACK... five stars is right
