I refinanced my home loan with Equity Zone Mortgage recently. Kevin Nguyen and Cecilia Chuong were great. Kevin talked to both my wife and I and he explained the loan process as well as the rate based on our loan value, credit score, current going rate, etc,. Kevin was very professional and he returned all my calls and texts. Kevin printed out a couple of options to let me know how I can reduce the overall term of the loan.I am a detail oriented person so naturally looking at the numbers pretty closely. I went with Equity Zone Mortgage for both my mortgage and refinance. I had gotten quotes from multiple lenders and they were able to get me the best rate with the lowest closing costs. They walked me through different loan options and answered all my questions. They have been in the business for many years and they are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend EZM for any future mortgage needs!
