Stupidly locked my keys in my car during my lunch break and was scrambling to call around to different companies. I called this place and was able to get a technician out within 30 minutes(quicker than quoted). I didn’t get the technician’s name but he was quick and courteous. Got my keys out and paid in less than 10 minutes! Definitely recommend if you’re locked out of your car.

Infiniti dealer wanted $250 to program a new key, EG Lock and Safe charged me $60 and I didn’t need an appointment. Also only $20 to cut the emergency key which was done in minutes

I recently had the pleasure of visiting E.G Lock & Safe Co, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! I came in with a bit of a dilemma—needing to get the locks on my roof rack picked. To my surprise, the team went above and beyond by not only picking the locks but also making me a new key on the spot!
The staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and truly dedicated to helping me out. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such exceptional customer service these days!
