We called on the Friday of Thanksgiving weekend. Ernie was helpful and friendly on the phone and Eddie showed up on time. Eddie troubleshooted to locate the burned out outlet and fixed it. He went above and beyond in explaining what was wrong and how to prevent future problems.
I called Duarte Electric today and the friendly gentleman came by the same day. He was able to upgrade my dimmer to an LED dimmer switch and fix a breaker problem I had within minutes. Duarte Electric is the best! Very fast, friendly, knowledgeable, fair pricing and most importantly HONEST! Will call them for all my lighting needs from now on.
Needed a 50amp dedicated circuit for our spa. Called Ernie, and got scheduled fast! Ernie, Carlos and Eddie were on time, courtesy and professional. I asked Duarte Electric to return for more electrical outlets near our spa as well. Ernie's prices are very reasonable and their work is exceptional!
