Today was my first visit to DreamGirls Salon, and the experience was top-notch from the moment I walked in until my services were complete! Amore greeted me warmly as I entered, and Miranda immediately introduced herself and began my services—*and get this*, I was an hour early (let’s go!).
Amore kindly and patiently answered all of my questions. Pearl did my consultation and trim—she was so gentle and took the time to explain what needed to be done (because, let’s be real, we all get nervous when it comes to trimming!). She also listened with genuine compassion as I shared concerns about a sensitive spot at the top of my head.

I had a great experience my wash was amazing my hair was so clean. The Braider had majic hands I wasn't in pain she had the best technique. Then I had it installed she also did great .And then the owner finished me up and I left out feeling like a million dollars. Thanks ladies by far a very great experience!!!
Wow!!!! Where do I start.... I have been with DreamGirls before there was a DreamGirls. I have been with Shari for approximately 25 years. I have seen the growth and maturity of its owner, Shari and her ability to adapt to the industry changes (skills, equipment, products, laws, etc.) Her knowledge and care for her clients and staff is sincere and genuine. Her goals are high and she expects nothing but the best of herself and staff so that she ensures that her clients receive the best of the best of care, service and has an experience that is nothing but stellar. I speak of this with the utmost confidence as I deal with alopecia and have for many years. I was 28 when it began and another stylist lightly told me I was losing my hair at my crown, but the condition wasn't recognized or suggested until going to Shari for services. We have attempted to get to the root of the problem, but have been unsuccessful even with the advice and treatment of a doctor, dermatologist. With that being said, she will not provide a service to or for me in which she believes will contribute to or worsen my hair loss. Even when asking for color, she and Pearl will discuss and talk it over to determine what is best for me. I am always happy with the styles of my hair. When I walk in, I feel like a so so tired duckling, but when I step after getting my hair done.... I KNOW I AM A LOVELY SWAN!!! Shoot you can't talk to me. Hair just blowing and flowing in the wind. You know, that movement when you walk or turn your head. You know!! I have even seen staff act with the utmost patience and empathy when they had to detangle a young lady's hair because she ordered a product on line that was not made for her hair which caused severe knotting and tangling of her hair. It took staff 16 to 20 hours detangle. Yes, this was a two day event all because the client felt she was nothing with out her hair. Most stylist would have given up, would have twisted their faces, talked under their breath and advise to cut the hair, but they did not. They hung in there with her. Supporting her and salvaging her hair. I have so many positive stories to share but it would make my already long review longer. Lastly, the vibe. The vibe is one of educating, bringing the client into the know of how to take care of their hair longevity, between appointments, for their style, etc. Staff is positive, truthful, and uplifting. In one visit you will leave snapping your fingers and doin the two step. Another visit, you will be saying Hallelujah. What ever it is , it is always a celebration. It is always a good time. It is always a smile at the end of every experience. Truth of the matter, I can't say enough about this salon and staff and what they stand for. Supreme service, client satisfaction, care and more.
