I love coming here and the prices are pretty affordable. I do not have vision insurance and so I pay out of pocket. All the doctors are very sweet ,kind, and answer all your questions. I love that they're open on Saturdays as well and have late hour options during the week. This is super helpful for people who work a 9-5. The staff is very professional and always call you back asap when you leave a message. I definitely feel like I'm taken care of at this location.
Dr. Kaler is absolutely amazing! She takes the time to build a relationship and educate patients. I left the office feeling like my concerns were heard. Ian, the optician, was also very helpful with providing me the best options for my lenses and informing me coverages.
Visit was great. I liked dealing with everyone, they were pleasant. Simple, good selection of frames, reasonably priced. Only little thing I did not like, the text confirmation that stated a fee for missed appointments. I was canceled 17 minutes before my appointment because a doctor called in sick. I was in the parking lot waiting to be on time for my appointment. Do I get to charge the three hours I missed for work on a appointment that didn't happen?Understand, life happens! Stop displaying that in 2022 we adopted a missed appointment fee. Kids get sick, busses are missed. Life happens a few are idiots.
