This review is my experience over the phone with customer service. When you call you get prompted to choose which office location you are trying to reach..you are then transferred. I spoke to a woman who took my information for an appointment request and said she would have someone reach back out to me with further details within 24 hours. That's exactly what happened. They reached out and got me taken care of, very simple process. Will update my review after our in person appointment.
