I am so disappointed with my experience. This was my second time spray tanning and I had questions . Every question I asked the lady at the desk rolled her eyes and barely answered my question . I should have known that I shouldn’t have trusted to go in as she didn’t give me any instructions on what to do before or after . My whole tan from head to toe is completely blotchy and streaked . I am horrified as I got this tan for bridal pictures I’m doing this weekend. I was so embarrassed that I just left because there was a long line of people and I was embarrassed to show my face.Service: Spray tanning

Spray tanning: Management needs to pay attention to maintenance issues at the Laguna location. Ceiling light in bathroom has been burnt out for several weeks. Even for first customer of the day, paper towel dispenser is empty and rug in spray tan room needs to be vacuumed. Barrier cream receptacle - see photos - has top ripped off for past 3 weeks and customers have been dipping their hands into the same glop of cream to smear on their bodies before tanning. I have started bringing my own barrier cream to avoid contamination with communal cream.

TERRIBLE business practices!! They are outrageously expensive and don't even have the beds that we pay for so much for.Heartless!! Everyone in the office/corporate office is like Stepford wives. They act like they're running a multi million dollar fortune 500 company. It's just TANNING, people!! Had a family emergency and there was a miscommunication...oh well! Too bad...you still have to pay the $176 dollars even though you were out of tow and never used the club during that time!You never know what you're gonna get when you actually use the club as far as beds or customer service. My opinion would be for newcomers to find someplace else to go because these people can't...read full review
