All the staff were very friendly. The lady helping me find my glasses I wanted went above and beyond to help me. I found a pair I really wanted but I wanted them all in black. She was able to find them for me. So I was beyond pleased.

I have been visiting this location for years. My kids are young adults and still talk about all the stories Dr. Kim told them. The funny thing is I don't remember! The entire staff is so welcoming, polite, and courteous. There is also a new Dr at the office a young lady very detailed and very welcoming. Also, very polite which speaks volumes in this crazy world. Reminders are GREAT!! I'm so busy. Not like the big corporations that just looking to get in your pockets Bradshaw Optometry cares! My family and I have been a customer of Bradshaw Optometry since 5 years ago and it's been a family own business for as far I can remember. All I can say is, you can never complain about the service that you get from a family owned company. They take good care of each customer with care and understanding.
