I've been coming to this location for several months now. I love the energy from the lobby staff and Carmen sr stylist is fabulous. I enjoy our chats & the look of my amazing lashes! Thank you Carmen for taking good care of me!
Unfortunately, my service was quite painful. I felt like my natural lashes were being yanked out by tweezers at least 10 times because I started to count after a while… and I didn’t get the style I wanted so I’m very disappointed and I couldn’t find a customer service number to contact so I guess I have to leave the review here… I would not book with Megan C. ever again.
*The salon called me after they saw this and offered me a new stylist and complimentary session. I thought that was very good customer service. I am going to give it another try!

I didn't get the style I wanted and overall it was a very unpleasant experience for $120. My stylist was Megan C. * the salon called me after seeing my review, and was very apologetic and offered me a complimentary session to make sure that I am happy and I am in the midst of scheduling that right now I am excited for a second try
