Longtime fan of South Bay Body, and they just keep getting better. Just tried their new Endospheres treatment with Kelsey and it has me feeling like someone hit the reset button on my entire body.

It’s like the relaxation and relief of traditional deep tissue massage plus all the benefits of lymphatic drainiage plus benefits for skin , muscle and circulation. You know how sometimes you leave a massage feeling like they just kind of pushed your tension around to different spots? Yeah, this ISN’T that. Plus they have a red light sauna with an additional massive red light panel, and I want to live in there!

The staff is amazing! I felt so comfortable planning and reaching my goals with then. LPG Endermologie was completely new to me but I heard such great things about it. Ines and the rest of the staff explained each step amazing. By the end of it I got rid of unwanted scars and toned up my legs/stomach.

What a fantastic experience ! The staff was so friendly, kind, welcoming and experienced. Made me feel warm and cozy. To those of you who are wondering what Endermologie means - well, it's a wonderful facial treatment that helps restore elasticity to your face and stimulates blood flowing using suction and vibration technique with a gentle yet effective machine. Because it is a 100% natural treatment, there's a very minimal chance of experiencing any side effects. It's actually so relaxing, basically it's a facial massage. It effectively rejuvenates the face, reduce the appearance of fine lines, cellulite, and contour areas with excess fat. I also got to use the red light therapy sauna with a mud wrap that felt amazing. Overall what a great experience.Highly recommended.
