Frontline staff answering phones, ordering parts and making appointments was top notch- knows her stuff! Technician friendly and extremely knowledgeable. 3 year old Drawer Microwave went bad- partly due to us not covering food and it burning out an interior part on the top inside of microwave. We have found our “fixit” place hands down. Will recommend 1000x over! Great job all around Profix! Thank you!
