This company known as Swagbucks are scammers and dirty rotten liars! They’ve suspended my account right when I was about to receive enough points to obtain a $65 gift card which I was relying so heavily on! But not only were they notoriously difficult to get a hold of anyone due to no customer service number, but the agent who did respond named Jasper (who already sounds like the name the third character in 101 Dalmatians) gave the most horrendously bogus & highly inaccurate claims of violating terms of service due to Discovery Offers. Swagbucks whom you own have refused to pay my £5 Amazon voucher unless i verify myself.I don’t want to send my licence or passport to a company i know nothing about i have contacted you several times about this issue but you have yet to respond its not very good customer service

I have historically been very happy with swagbucks and when I've had a problem, they are usually quick to respond and resolve. Not this time. I've been trying for three months to get the $140 in rewards I'm owed (and have provided screenshot proof). They keep sending automated responses that they will follow up within a month but never do and then change the support tickets to resolved without awarding me the swagbucks or even following through with a response.
