I would recommend these trainers to anyone who is committed to making a change!! Chris is excellent at follow up and great at communication. I met with Taber in person and he is very aware of how the body works and how to improve it for whatever your goals may be. The best attributes, from my point view, about them both is their genuine outlook in helping you and their knowledge of what they are showing you. The "right" way to workout isn't always the one taught most often. You will not be disappointed if you work with Chris or Taber.

With hectic travel schedules and busy social life, my husband and I were beginning to realize that we don’t look the same as we did in pictures a year back and our clothes fit us differently. The buck stops right here... After evaluating over ten fitness professionals around South Bay, I decided to choose Taber Maier at Premier Mind & Body for a few simple reasons.. 1. Train with a professional sportsman, 2. Train with someone who has thrice the passion that we have for ourselves, 3. Train with an expert who knows what works for us (each individual is unique and needs a custom diet and fitness regime), 4. Train with one who we aspire to be fit like, and 5.
