This place has truly mastered the one-stop-shop wellness concept. The gym floor has great equipment and the pickleball courts are nice.
The recovery side is where this facility really shines, though. Being able to hit a proper hot sauna and immediately jump into a freezing cold plunge makes a massive difference in recovery and overall energy. If you are looking for a place that seamlessly combines high-performance fitness, sports, and elite-level recovery under one roof, this is it. Couldn't recommend it more!
Brought my significant other in for a deep tissue massage by Leslie on 5/8/26. He is athletic, works out hard and needs someone very strong to work on him or he is disappointed. He was blown away by how great she was and said it was the “best massage of his life!” He quickly booked another massage and a week later he’s still talking about it. 🙏 // I had my massage and facial by Cristina. She was epic! When I came in , I was concerned abut my hyperpigmentation on my face. My skin was glowing by the time I came out! it look remarkably better, more hydrated, dewey and far fewer spots. I really enjoyed my day here. I went for the day to enjoy the spa amenities and get massage. Tonya was amazing!! Really great massage and very knowledgeable about the body. She made me feel right at home! Everything was very clean and fancy. I’ll definitely be back :)
