This is my favorite place! I have been attending the gym/recovery center for 2 years and I LOVE it! I have been personal training with Bruno and he is so knowledgeable and tailors my workouts to my needs that day.
I also suffered a sprained ankle this summer and was able to do physical therapy and SOFTWAVE with Danel and it worked wonders! I am already back to sprinting.
I cannot recommend joining enough - from the gym to recovery to the medical attention given, this place is incredible.
Love Life is amazing for a lot of reasons - but the biggest being that THEY HAVE A SOFTWAVE! I mean - I love the recovery, classes, PT, food, and more recovery...but the SOFTWAVE tech they have is insane. I have terrible shoulders and could barely lift my arms all the way up. I tried soft wave ONCE and my arms were swinging up and down for a while. I know I need to do it a few more times for permanent relief... but it is seriously like magic.
I recently had a wonderful massage with Aaron at Love, Life in
El Segundo! It was the perfect balance--firm but still very relaxing. Aaron is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and he really listed to what I needed. The whole experience was comfortable and calming, and I walked out feeling amazing. I will definitely be back!
