I Googled shoe repair and found this place. Their website says they repair both leather and suede shoes so when I walked in I asked if they repair these shoes and showed her my Birkenstocks. She said no. I asked if she knew of any other place that did. She replied “no but search online”. I told her “I did, I found you, and your website says you repair leather and suede shoes”. She takes a second and then actually looks at the shoes and says “if we do it’ll probably take about 2 weeks”, I asked for a price and she said “about $150”. I said “Jesus! Unfortunately I would not recommend this cleaners. The owner Amin has let me down on several levels. The prices are elevated. I had several items which were over priced. One work dress cost $25 to clean. The average price of my work clothes cleaning was $15. I also noticed a stain on my sweater which wasn't there prior. Lastly he would not allow me to pick up and pay for some of my clothes. He took my clothes out of the store. Amin the owner is holding my clothes hostage. Buyer beware!!

The manager coordinated with me to allow me to pick up my dry cleaning during the weekend after there was a mixup on store hours. Thank you for accommodating so I could wear my attire to my event.
