My project entailed a roof tear-off and replacement. At my request, the company also installed more ice & water shield than is customary in areas where I had experienced some ice dams in past winters. The the company crew had to address a couple areas of the old roof where existing aluminum trim had been caulked to the old shingles. At my request, they had an installer from their in-house metal department cut back the existing aluminum and then fashion and install a small diverter to channel water away from the area.

the company fixed the problem of our roof yesterday.. It has been leaking for days already and we are already annoyed.. Thank goodness, the company came to the rescue and immediately repaired the problem.. Thumbs up!
