After my Father's passing in July of 2019 Albertson & Davidson came to my aid by September of 2019. My father's two daughters and his common law partner shut me out completely from his Trust; whereas the three of us, his 2 daughters and myself, were to make equal decisions related to properties, etc. etc. etc., splitting profits equally. Twenty Four months later Albertson and Davidson, always retaining the upper hand legally, settled my case with a reasonable amount just shy of Trial.
