Good luck getting the dental clinic to pick up your call, even during duty hours. You end up going thru a maze of prompts only to end up it their voicemail that “isn’t monitored”.

All of my visit experiences have been very good!

Major improvements are vastly needed on the informative recordings. They are too fast like the world is coming to an end, compounded by the person gasping for his next breath and stir in some background noise. A nice professional recording would help set the stage for first impression counts. Thank you!

They don’t always answer the phone on the appointment line but they make sure that my PCM gets my messages and that my appointments are within a reasonable timeframe. Great clinic!
