i am very disappointed with my experience here. i took my father to this location in march to get his exam done there was no patients ahead of us there and the process was almost 3 hours. we waited a long time just to be seen even though there wasn't other patients ahead of us. that should have been our first red flag and i paid out pocket for the frames my father choose. they told me the estimated wait time was 6-12 weeks. 13 weeks have passed and i had called and spoke with maria and she told me they'd be ready last week and that they would call me. today Tuesday june18 i received a call that my fathers glasses were ready. i went to pick them up and as i was walking out i noticed the frames were not the ones i paid for i made the clerk aware and she tried to say those are the ones we ordered. i showed her picture proof that those were not and she made me aware she was going to send them back to the insurance. my father cant wait any longer since he is older and depends on his glasses. i got home and started a report/complaint with my fathers insurance.

Worse place ever I have more then a months and I'm still haven't received my glasses horrible experience in this place they don't know where the glasses are but I need my refund to go to another place

I ordered my glasses 2 months ago and they are nowhere to be found. I call and they say they will call back but they never do. They originally said it would be 2-4 weeks. I should have checked their reviews before I went here.
