He came personally to my studio and spent a lot of time explaining my options, and was clearly very concerned with doing the best job possible. He was very reasonably priced, and he came with his crew on installation day to make sure everything was done according to plan. My old carpet was stuck to vinyl tiles, which required a lot of work to pull up and then to repair the floor before installing the new carpet, and Richard reassured me that the job they committed to would get done no matter what.
