I called to receive confirmation about a service done, and the young woman who answered was rude and hung up on me repeatedly. On the third call I was able to be helped by a gentleman. Will definitely go in person next time and take names.
Honest and Reliable. They helped me with my Insurance and Taxes. They are family owned and really take care of their clients. Martha and Francisco always make sure we’re taken care of. Highly recommend
I came for some Dim Sum next door and while I was waiting I got some Boba at the store to the right. Then while I was still waiting, I noticed that Prima Insurance Services next door on the left also did Notary Public services.I had to have my ID and passport card verified for access to a secure government website and I figured that God must have been looking out for me because I was able to get so much done at one time.The Notary was very friendly as was the insurance agent sitting at the other desk. There are plastic shields to maintain COVID-19 safety protocols as well as 6' physical distancing signs.It's located in a non-descript strip mall on the southwest... read full review
