Just used GW for a fumigation and the whole experience was a positive one. We were walked through the entire process . Overall We were very pleased.

Bought a house that was treated and covered by Great Western Termite 6 months ago. Swarm of termites noticed in one of the house's corners, called them up to have them come take care of the problem. Representative stated that the house is still under their warranty and they would send somebody the next day from 2 - 4 pm. At 3:30 pm, no one showed up and no phone calls. Called their office again, representative said they would call me back in 10 minutes regarding status. 4:10 pm still no phone calls. When called back to their office, they were closed and call went straight into voicemail.
