“First, I give five stars to the mechanic ...he’s truly in the right place. With his skills, he could easily run his own business, and I believe he eventually will, once he learns to properly value his work. Yes, there are times when he misjudges the scope of the job, but in many ways, that’s the fault of the service advisor named Roman, whose performance I rate at a firm two.
Roman seems more focused on openly flirting with a young girl who works there rather than improving the quality of the service entrusted to him. Though apparently both are fine with that arrangement. He might be a decent person overall, but politeness and professionalism are clearly not his strongest sides. Perhaps he has his own personal reasons for that...
As for the paint work, I’d give it a steady three stars. It’s average at best - they charge low prices but deliver low-quality, rushed results. They could easily charge more and do a proper job but that option wasn’t even offered.

“This is why my husband doesn't let me drive his car ‍ because I accidentally hit a curb and scratched his rim so either i replaced it or fix it which is why I hired Alex. His work is impeccable. My husband came home and couldn't even notice the difference. Alex and his brother came to my home and within 30 mins it was looking brand new. Can't recommend him enough.
