Ed came out to look at the job, gave us the best quote without trying to sell us new ducts, got the building permit and coordinated the installation with a new roof, which required rescheduling several times because of bad weather. He did the job in one day and it passed inspection with no problems.

A generous heart is difficult to find these days. Worn thin from the stress of so many extra calls due to an extended heat wave, Ed still came out to trouble-shoot our older air conditioning system that wasn't cooling, and top it off with Freon - but didn't charge us. His kindness is greatly appreciated.
