Very accommodating and professional. I didn't hear the doorbell for my appt. Jasmine kindly sent another plumber over a little later. I lived nearby, so that helped. Quick diagnosis, repair, and cleanup by Corey. Later on, I couldn't clear the faucet aerator myself, so they sent Colby at no charge😬 Supply line was a little clogged, being old pipes. Very generous not to charge me anything. I will use Jeff's Plumbing in the future.
Conforti is amazing! Our hot water heater went out and our home warranty company connected us with Conforti. They came out right away, communicated well, and were over-all so nice and down to earth! Ali was AMAZING in office, taking all my calls and understanding my stress. With 5 people in the house and 3 kids, the stress was up there. lol
