After diagnosing a poorly adjusted igniter installed by the insurance plumber and cleaning the burner our water heater is fixed, all done in about 30 minutes!
From the initial call to the Office, getting it scheduled the next day, the phone call from the Tech. explaining the repair because we were in Texas, the repair itself, the payment which was a ton cheaper than our home warrenty estimate, the repair all went perfectly. Requested help to clear clogged toilet. After first serviceman thought he had cleared found toilet was still clogged after he left. Called them and they came out again and did more work and found problem and there was no additional cost to me. The second call was cover by warranty. Conforti has a 12 month warranty.
