I called about receiving a possible ear piercing removal because of an infection (from a piercing done elsewhere) and the man on the phone was so nice and helpful. He offered to view my piercing through photos and provide next steps to take after seeing it before having to remove it. He gave me excellent feedback and I was very pleased with my experience.
