Dr. Keller gets 5 stars for being friendly, caring and intelligent. My first visit with him was very pleasant and I never felt rushed. He asked me lots of questions, ordered a couple of tests and took his time during the initial examination, indicating to me that he genuinely wanted to help and get to the bottom of what was causing my pain. His office staff on the other hand really needs to work on being more professional. The overweight gentleman that does the x-rays seems rude and impatient. This gentleman and the ladies at the front desk loudly discuss patient information which I believe is a violation of the HIPAA. Dr Keller's office is going to get a 4 out of 5 star rating from me. I love everything about his office except for one element... A rude nurse by the name of Eric. I have hit a snag or two with this young arrogant fellow. If it wasn't for him, my review would be a 5 star rating. I love the staff and doctor. They are so helpful and understanding. They make you feel right at home. The doctors bedside manner is next to none. Real funny guy and always has a smile. Very eager to help you and genuinely concerned about your pain.
