Had an issue that I thought was my inverter. Called on wed afternoon; got a call next am for a same morning appt. Javier came out to my remote location and immediately ran through basic troubleshooting. Ruled out the first set of possible issues, then set out to determine the actual issue. Figured it out quickly, and remedied three issues. Went from no power to full house power in no time. It wasn’t the inverter.
Can’t thank Javier and Red One Electric enough! Personable and professional are two items I value when requesting needed help.
