There wasn't AC in my home for 18 days & Panair immediately helped us when contacted. I am very content with their work ethic, their dedication and knowledge. They are also very family oriented and respond immediately which was helpful during this situation.

Great experience, Everardo explained in detail what was going on with my AC provided service and follow up recommendations what the AC needed. He came during the weekend as an emergency call to help us get the AC running. Highly recommended.
