Worked did a good job evaluating the issue, and making recommendations, just would have liked for them to inform me with costs that I had to ask for instead of them telling me without asking, and when I received a quote, that they stick with it, so we don’t get surprised when they tell us the cost.I know it was probably needed, but a big difference in what I was told.
