I haven't been inside a JCPenney store in years until recently at this location. The store itself is a relic from the early 90's but they did have a decent selection of Adidas and Puma. The prices were really good actually for both brands.
Great place to drop in for a quick Men's haircut! The salon staff is very friendly and do a good job. Price for men's run about $20-$28 and they even shampoo your head before and after if you like. Don't forget to call about an hour or two ahead to schedule your appt. Which is usually no problem at all even if you forgot to call. Please tip them fairly, they deserve it! ??
I really like the variety of items they have and that you can also use the app in Mexicali and directly check prices before going and know what they have in stock.
