HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT COME HERE! 0/10 went in yesterday for a soak off, they refused to use acetone and proceeded to try to drill off the acrylic after specifically requesting for them not to drill it off. The worker tossed a towel with a bowl of acetone and a file in front of me and told me to file them myself and then proceeded to walk out of the nail salon and sat at the bench in front of Dillards. I immediately left because of how unprofessional the situation was handled and how uncomfortable i felt. i will never be returning here again. Male employee was super creepy and made strange comments towards my girlfriend such as her not being allowed to look at other men and that she looks like his wife when she was young and cute like what were both underage and I don’t think a grown man should be comparing a teenage girl to his wife when she was “young and cute”

This place is ridiculously expensive charges even to remove old enamel from nails $10.00 they steal easily, a simple pedicure was $47.00 + tip? Stay away from there, is inside El Centro mall by Dogwood Avenue. IV Salon and Spa.
