Great service, friendly, and straight to the point. Very efficient service. “I cannot recommend Robert highly enough. He was able to recover a treasure trove of lost data and photos from a WD passport cloud that had quit working over 2 years ago. I was about to throw it out after being told that the data was lost and could not be recovered. Robert stated he could not guarantee anything but the diagnostic was free and if he could not recover the data there would be no charge. Thankfully, he was able to recover nearly everything when I had been told previously it was not salvageable! He explained everything in layman’s terms and did not make me feel tech challenged! He was cordial, professional, and maintained excellent communication. The price was was fair for the recovery of priceless memories!”
