I called a few bail bonds and the customer service was not the best. I have used El Centro Bail Bonds before and have had a good experience. I have talked to Maria and is always so friendly. She was out the day I called but got ahold of Dustin and Henry Guerrero. Wow is the only word that comes to mind. Henry went out of his way to make sure I was ok over all. I didn't use the service due to not needing it after all. However, Henry followed up the next day to check on my status and see if I still needed to use service. He made me feel so at ease that I felt comfortable like if I was talking to a brother. If he gets to read this Thank you Henry and El Centro Bonds for caring.
I was helped by El Centro Bailbonds because they were quick,fast and very helpful they even helped me when I didn't have all the money to bail out and they even gave me a ride home to Heber. I will refer them to anyone that needs to get bailed out.
I cannot tell you how helpful and honest and professional Maria was at this bail bonds. My daughter was arrested it was a 2 hour drive. I was so worried about her with no money no eye glasses no phone. And getting released in the middle of nowhere Maria got her out.
