You know what it's like to spend a year trying to find a decent tattoo artist? Then set up an appointment with him months before getting the tattoo & sending him the artwork so he can study it, trace it over & over to learn how to draw the lines out as you tattoo. Arturo Ledesma had me wait for months thinking I was going to finally get a tattoo that meant a lot to me only to cancel hours before the appointment with some lame excuse saying he didn't want to do it as he felt he couldn't. (Which basically means he didn't prepare ahead of time & tried to get to it hours before the appointment) Ok that fine at least give me the option to come... read full review
