C&D was not the first place I called. The first place said they would not be available, that they were very busy. They recommended C&D. I read the reviews and was skeptical.
I called and it rang several times then finally got an answer. I explained my situation. They said it would be no problem and would be at my house in about 30 minutes and quoted me over the phone.
40 minutes later they showed he apologized for the delay but mentioned Google maps to his out of the way. I am aware Google has issues with my location, which totally made sense for the 10 minute delay.

Last night I was in a bit of trouble with my keys stuck inside my car however I had the pleasure of working with Jon from C&D Locksmith, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. He was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Jon quickly assessed the situation, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently. It's rare to find someone who combines skill with excellent customer service, but Jon, delivered on both fronts. I called C & D Locksmith after calling and leaving messages with several other locksmiths who never returned my calls. To my surprise, C & D picked up my call. He asked for my address, what service I need, and informed me he'd be out within an hour AND he was! Johnathon re-keyed my front door lock and duplicated a different key for me. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
