sent us the WRONG product, even though it is a fault on their end, they refused to give a refund or give us the correct product, we ordered moon cake with yolk but ended up with a full box of yolkless moon cakes

WARNING !!! WARNING !!! FRAUD !!! FRAUD !!!

Never even heard of this place, never made an order, never had anything shipped to me. Charges showed up. I don't know how they got my card.

These guys are credit card thieves, or at least there is one among them. They will make fraudulent charges on your cards.

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT service. I just tried this Sugar & Spice nougats from Tawain on Yumibuy website. I was concerned because I knew nothing about this company but I ordered anyway. So on May 25 (Saturday) I ordered 3 400-gr bags of Sugar & Spice nougats and a bag of sweet potatoe chip. On May 27 (Memorial holiday) I received an email saying my order is being processed. Today May 28 I received my package via DHL arriving from Taipei. I am pleasantly & surprisingly awazed at such speed and efficiency.
