“I’m 54 yo and biracial (Italian/Black). I have always had decent skin, until the last couple of years. I met Nelly through a coworker several years ago and started to see her for the oxy trio facials. I loved them!

My rosacea is GONE completely. I still get minor dermatitis breakouts, but they last a day or two and disappear. My skin is constantly glowing. I had two recent encounters that I have to share.
I recently had botox done. The injecting nurse and her two assistants stood over me gawking at my skin. The praise I got was overwhelming. They asked if I was using a retinol cream and what my skin care routine was. I told them this was Nelly B!

“Recently made an appointment for a 60 minute massage and it was wonderful. Upon entry you are greeted by reception and as it was my first time I had to complete the intake information. It is very relaxing as you sit and complete intake or await your masseuse. The massage rooms themselves are also very relaxing. A basket is placed at the foot of the table for your belongings to sit in and not get misplaced. The 60 minute massage was good and I like the additional add ons they offer. “WOW! Anne's Curves is a hidden gem in Corona. Anne did my massage: she is meticulous and very skilled. For context: I have suffered from severe bloating and water retention due to high cortisol levels and hypothyroidism for the last few years. So after hearing great things about her clinic, I booked a body lymphatic massage and a lymphatic facial with Anne this morning and two hours later we're done and I am THRILLED with my results. Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the most snatched of them all? ME! Thank you Anne, I can't stop looking in the mirror!

Anne's lymphatic massage super snatched my stomach and waist, she left me looking sleek and my abs are so defined now. She uses a combination of manual massage and gua sha tools, and is very thorough and detail oriented, she made sure she got every little crevice of my abdomen and also worked all of my lymph nodes. My arms and legs are also slimmer and more defined, and TMI warning but I could tell this was manually removing the retained fluid because although I went pee right before my appointment toward the end of my body massage I could feel an extreme urge to go again, it was my body flushing out all the retained water! Crazy!

For the facial, she also is super detail oriented and very gentle. She first double cleansed my face, then did a full lymphatic drainage massage including a very effective buccal fat massage (done with gloves). It was incredible, it felt like my sinuses were unclogging but Anne explained that it's the retained lymphatic fluid being released — I had no idea how much of my "sinus pressure" that regularly gave me minor headaches was actually lymphatic! She also (correctly) diagnosed me with minor TMJ and made an excellent recommendations for Botox treatment to help with the tension.

My jawline is super defined now, the bags under my eyes look less swollen, and my cheeks are no longer puffy. I feel like I have my old face back.

“I just recently bought a VITA SPA from Custom Spas Direct and definitely recommend buying one from them if you’re gonna get one. The owner, Jim Galpin, helped me every step of the way. It was nice to work directly with the owner rather than a sales person. This was my first SPA and I wasn’t exactly sure of what I wanted, let alone what I needed. Jim helped me with measurements, electrical output needs at my home, all the chemicals I needed for 6 months and even a crane if I needed one LOL. He definitely knows his stuff. He even made time to meet me at his show room after hours because I get off work late. When they delivered the SPA Jim came with his moving guys and got it in and ready to go in a couple hours. No hiccups or delays. Awesome job! The guy is a total bro, super nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.“
