Great experience with my Torchlights. I installed 10 of them, but one of them ended up flashing. The team worked with me to narrow it down to the junction box. Very easy process, and they stood behind their product, and sent me a new j-box. Worked great. No flashing anymore. Love the lights.
The warranty people realized I had a defective light and asked me a few questions and for a video showing the defect. Treated very nicely and another replacement will be sent to me. Great customer service. Thank you!!
About 6 months ago, I purchased a LeonLIte for my rental house. I was so impressed with it's capabilities, including the adjustable color temperature, I purchased two more for my residence. I installed one of those and was surprised and disappointed to discover the color temperature was not functional. 3000K resulted in a dim illumination. There was no difference in 4000K and 5000K, so the lights worked, just not as advertised. I contacted Customer Service at LeonLite and the representative (Judy G.) contacted me and gave me some troubleshooting tips. They were not successful.
