THANK-YOU Eastvale Gateway MED SPA for spoiling & pampering ME! I booked my 1st appointment for a GLOW 2 facial, laser treatment & a skin analysis. I also invested in some skincare products by ZO' Skin Health by OBAGI, & Skin Better Science products! I love all of them! I'm noticing a huge difference in the smooth texture & radiant glow of my skin since my GLOW 2 facial. My skin needed some exfoliation, extractions & some brightening serums due to my melasma. The ambiance of this MED SPA is so peaceful, serene & relaxing! Everyone on their staff is so friendly, welcoming, warm & professional! They're so passionate about going above & beyond! I was very impressed with their exemplary customer service. It's no wonder why they have 4.9 stars. If I could I would give them 10-stars! Their mission is improving your skin & pampering you with a relaxing & sensory experience. They take their time & truly care for their customers. The booking process is simple & easy thanks to Miranda. Lexi gave me an incredible GLOW 2 Facial & my skin was so radiant, hydrated & supple afterwards. Denise performed some laser treatments on my right cheek to help minimize my dark spots due to my melasma. This procedure was fast & pain free! Thank-you Mary Grace for sharing all of your knowledge, wisdom & expertise in skincare & educating me on all of your treatments & services! I can't THANK YOU enough for your encouragement & assisting me in prioritizing my own self-care & SOUL CARE! You're heaven sent & we were definitely meant to meet & cross paths. I had an incredible experience at Gateway Medical Spa, and I truly don't believe it was by coincidence. I came in last minute for a cortisone injection on a big pimple on my chin. As someone who used to struggle with cystic acne, one pimple isn't usually a big deal anymore (thankfully acne hasn't been an issue for me the last few years). But I'm heading to the East Coast to meet some family members for the first time (tomorrow) and I was feeling very self-conscious. Mary Grace took me in even though I didn't realize they were actually closed today Life has been a roller coaster these last couple of months, and I've been doing my best to keep my head high. I shared a bit about my trip with her, and she had exactly the right words for me, words I truly needed to hear. I haven't been emotional at all through everything I've been dealing with lately, but in that moment the tears just started falling. She asked if she could pray over me. As a believer, I said yes, please. The prayer she prayed over me my trip, meeting my family, my life was one of the most beautiful and meaningful prayers I've ever experienced. I was full on tears. I've also been dealing with recent anxiety episodes (1st time in my life) something I've never experienced before, and she prayed over that as well almost as if she already knew. The moment she finished, I felt this huge sense of relief and peace wash over me. It was honestly incredible. She told me I was meant to come see her today and I truly believe that. Mary Grace, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. I will absolutely be back and will stay in touch. Gateway Medical Spa is more than just a place for treatments it's a place of genuine care, compassion, and healing.

I had an amazing experience and customer service here! Rachel my injector was so gentle and sweet and tailored everything to exactly what I was wanting. Absolutely would recommend to any of my friends and will be back.
