Only 07/23, I had lost all hot water from my 16 year old Rheem water heater. I made a call to AccuServe Plumbing & Drain and spoke to Mike. This was definitely after hours at 9:00 PM. Mike spent the time to trouble shoot some of the common problems my water heater could have potentially have been experiencing. The following day, I attempted to fix my water heater with the assistance of Mike on the line. Mike was very transparent and provided a service to me that blew away my expectations. He wasn't asking for anything return, just that I had my water heater fixed for my family.

Mike and Shane are by far the best plumbers I have ever dealt with. When I needed a new water heater, I called about six different plumbers, and Mike stood out right away. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and took the time to explain everything. He also mentioned he recommends Bradford White water heaters, which he said were the best and that was one of my prerequisites, as I only wanted Bradford White based on my research as well. His quote was also very competitive.
